A New Look...

Paige went to the eye doctor today to have one of her eyes checked out. It turns out she has accmmodative esotropia, basically one of her eyes occasionally deviates. She doesn't have a vision problem but does have an eye muscle issue...so the doc put her in glasses to help strengthen that eye. We went tonight and picked them out. Of course she went with pink! We also went by Build A Bear to get glasses for her Carmella! Please pray that this is a smooth transition for her and us! Here is a good article to explain what this is if you are interested!! : )

Family Pictures

We had some family pictures taken while at Nana & Grandpa's house over the 4th. It was very HOT but we got some good shots. I think the lady that took these is going to try to do some more maybe this fall!

Lyla's 1st Birthday

We had a GREAT time this past weekend celebrating our littlest turning ONE! Hard to believe just a year ago we were doing our best at trying to juggle 3 little girls 3 and under and trying to get as much sleep as we could! Time really does fly! We had Lyla's party at Nana & Grandpa's lake house! It was so much fun. Family from Dallas came up and family from Arkansas came down so we all could meet in the middle. We spent the day on the lake playing and riding the jetski and making memories. Lyla had a good time and LOVED the cupcake!! It is always special to get together with family and catch back up! Father's Day

A few days late but HAPPY DADDY'S day! Derek is the best daddy to three little girls! We love you!!!

OK before you completely freak out, no I am not changing Lyla from formula to Diet Coke YET! This is the funniest thing. We were at Nana and Grandpa's lake house out playing in the yard and I took out a Diet Coke. Before I could get it open Lyla grabbed it and started playing with it. She knew exactly what to do with it! Just had to grab the camera!

Early Start at Crafting...

If you know me very well you know that I really do enjoy doing crafty stuff. Anything really! Well so far my girls really enjoy crafts as well. Chloe kind of just goes along with it for now but Paige asks to do crafts! So this was our latest. We were at WalMart the other day (big surprise!) and they have these Martha Stewart craft kits. We did one a long time ago with puppets. They are great because they include everything you need and are pretty easy to do. Well we passed by them and they were all on SALE!! We grabbed a bunch of different ones and this was the first one we did! They girls really enjoyed it!

Chloe's 1st Day of Gymnastics

Today was Chloe's 1st day at gymnastics. She has been going and watching Paige for some time so she was VERY excited about this day. In fact she has slept with her leotard for a week or so! She did a great job and her class is small like Paige's so she gets lots of teaching! Enjoy the pics!!
